Ricki Lang serves as Vice President of Telecommunications, Media, and Entertainment at Quantum Metric, where she leverages her deep expertise in data-driven insights and digital optimization to transform the customer experience for industry-leading clients. Ricki partners with C-suite executives in this capacity to enhance operational performance, streamline customer journeys, and drive growth across the digital ecosystem.
Before joining Quantum Metric, Ricki was Vice President at Comcast, where she played a critical role in bridging the gap between business units and technology teams, driving key initiatives that resulted in significant savings and operational improvements. Her leadership was instrumental in saving over $1 million per month by improving the authentication process and generating $75 million in savings through an innovative device activation strategy.
Ricki is renowned for her ability to inspire teams, foster cross-functional collaboration, and deliver solutions that fuel long-term success. As a dedicated advocate for diversity and mentorship, she actively supports initiatives that promote leadership development and inclusivity in the technology and media sectors.
Ricki holds an Information Systems and Finance degree from New York University’s Stern School of Business. She regularly shares her insights on digital transformation and leadership at industry conferences. Based in the Greater Philadelphia Region, Ricki enjoys spending time with her fiancé and two teenage children and pursuing personal interests in cooking, baking, pickleball, skiing and traveling the world.

She is passionate about bringing diverse perspectives together for pragmatic solution design and executing on the pathway to market. Ricki currently lives in the Greater Philadelphia Region with her fiancé and 2 teenage children. She loves to cook, bake, travel, user her Peloton, and is working on her pickleball skills.
