Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering & Technology at Comcast, she leads the modernization of technology for go-to-market initiatives, encompassing digital and marketing technology strategy and software delivery.
With a deep understanding of technology, operations, methodologies, governance, and service delivery, Rebecca has consistently delivered new business value while ensuring top-tier customer experiences. Her visionary approach and ability to orchestrate enterprise-wide transformations have solidified her reputation as a leading figure in the industry.
Rebecca was recently selected to be part of the prestigious Betsy Magness Leadership Institute Class 50 this year, a program that empowers senior women leaders in media, technology, and entertainment.
Prior to her role at Comcast, Rebecca held the position of Vice President of Digital Experience at Sallie Mae. In this capacity, she established the company's first digital organization, building a high-performing team and driving the implementation of major technology platforms to deliver personalized mobile experiences.
Rebecca's educational background includes an MBA and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Delaware. Beyond her professional achievements, she is actively engaged in community initiatives that focus on the growth and mentorship of future leaders. She serves as a member of the Advisory Council at Drexel University's LeBow College of Business Administration and volunteers her time with the Lerner Executive Mentoring Program and Women's Leadership Initiative at the University of Delaware.
