Nirali Patel is the Director of the dx Product Experience & Adoption team at Comcast where she leads a team
how the Talent organization listens to, learns from, and then acts on candidate feedback to improve the recruitment experience. In her 7 years at Comcast she’s focused on candidate experience, leading efforts to stand up interview feedback collection Workday, Candidate Net Promoter System (cNPS) and a centralized Talent Accommodations process. Prior to Comcast, Erin received her Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies from Temple University and worked freelance in Television as a Talent Coordinator and 2nd Assistant Director. Erin currently lives in Springfield, PA with her husband and their sweet 90lb. Berner, Brewer. In her spare time she’s an avid reader and hopes to one day self-publish a novel.
