Mike Crisafulli leads and aligns the Xperience Technology Organization (XTO) towards our digital transformation and convergence of our customer and frontline employee experiences, leveraging machine learning, artificial intelligence and shared, reusable UX and development frameworks. XTO is responsible for the software engineering of tools, applications and platforms that support the Business and Residential, Employee and customer lifecycles and all frontline tools, as well as software design, development, delivery, reliability, infrastructure and platform engineering and technical product management for critical employee tools and customer-facing applications.

Mike has a bachelor's degree in Information Systems from George Mason University and an MBA from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Prior to joining Comcast in 2008, Mike was a senior leader in Application and Infrastructure Services at AOL.
