Michele Corsini is an accomplished Executive Director of Product & Strategy at Comcast’s Global Technology Organization. In her role, she drives collaboration between business units and technology teams to achieve both strategic and tactical objectives. Michele leads the Data Experience (dx) Product & Strategy team, where she focuses on developing customer-centric solutions tailored to the needs of GTO Central Service teams.
Her work spans the entire data lifecycle, from designing intuitive, user-focused data products and AI solutions to building robust platforms. Michele places a strong emphasis on user experience (UX), ensuring compliance with data regulations while delivering exceptional outcomes. Her efforts are aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, improving customer experiences, and achieving meaningful, impactful results.
With over 20 years of experience as a Telecommunications Business and Technology leader, Michele has a proven track record of streamlining business processes and delivering enterprise-scale programs. Since joining Comcast in 1999, she has successfully spearheaded initiatives that improve customer satisfaction, drive revenue growth, and reduce costs through innovative reporting and analytics solutions.
Michele is also a passionate advocate for leadership and mentorship. She has served on the WICT Greater Philadelphia Chapter Board since 2018 and is a proud graduate of the Betsy Magness Leadership Institute, Class 43.
Outside of work, Michele enjoys home redesign projects and spending time with her husband, four children, and their dog. The family loves traveling and brunching!
