Joy Zappacosta is a seasoned communications and content development professional with a background in advertising, strategic messaging, learning, and employee engagement. With expertise in crafting impactful narratives and driving brand storytelling, she has led initiatives that enhance organizational alignment, audience engagement, and digital strategy. Most recently, she supported the strategy team within Comcast's IT organization, developing communications that drive awareness, recognition, collaboration, and business impact.
In addition to her corporate experience, Joy serves as the Communications Chair for The WICT Network: Greater Philadelphia, where she leads and manages the communications team, overseeing initiatives to elevate brand visibility, member engagement, and community outreach. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Media from Drexel University and resides in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
