The WICT Network: Greater Philadelphia is pleased to be able to offer scholarships to members for The WICT Network’s global and local programs as well as other professional development programs throughout the year. Established in 2010, the Scholarship program enables The WICT Network: Greater Philadelphia members to attend The WICT Network Leadership Conference, Executive Development Seminars (EDS), Mentoring Program, and more.

The WICT Network: Greater Philadelphia will be offering scholarships to various programs throughout 2025. Ranging from local chapter events to national programs sponsored by The WICT Network, we don’t want costs to prevent you from connecting you to the opportunities that will help you progress in your career, expand your network, or develop as a professional in 2025. Each scholarship offered will have its own application process and deadline.

WICT Leadership Conference Scholarship
The WICT Network: Greater Philadelphia is pleased to award a scholarship for in-person attendance at the 2025 WICT Leadership Conference in New York City. The conference is being held October 20-21, 2025. The scholarship will cover your registration and reimbursement for hotel and travel.

Executive Development Series Spring Scholarship
The WICT Greater Philadelphia Chapter is pleased to be awarding a scholarship for virtual attendance at the 2025 WICT Executive Development Series Spring session on Executive Leadership Presence. This event will take place April 22-25, 2025, 1-5 pm EST each day.
The scholarship will cover $2500 for program registration. Eligible applicants are a current member of WICT; Senior Manager or above job title with at least 8 years of professional experience. Program participation must be approved by your leadership.
The program will focus on “Executive Leadership Presence”. Executive presence is the ability to command attention, build trust, and inspire others to follow you. It’s an essential skill for women leaders in media, entertainment, and technology, where the competitive business landscape is constantly evolving. This exclusive program is designed to equip participants with the confidence and strategies they need to excel. They will gain access to a unique toolkit of powerful attributes, skills, and thought processes that will propel them to new heights of success.

PA Conference for Women Scholarship
The WICT Network: Greater Philadelphia is pleased to award two (2) scholarships for in-person attendance at the 2025 PA Conference for Women. The scholarship will cover the cost of registration only.

The PA Conference for Women is a one-day professional and personal development event for women that features more than 100 renowned speakers, sharing inspirational stories and leading seminars on issues that matter most to women including health, personal finance, executive leadership, entrepreneurship, branding, marketing and more.

STEM Scholarship
The WICT Network: Greater Philadelphia is pleased to be awarding three $4000 scholarships to support and uplift young women pursuing careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). As an organization dedicated to advancing gender diversity and inclusion in the telecommunication industry, we recognize the importance of fostering talent and providing opportunities for women in STEM fields.
