The WICT Network: Greater Philadelphia proudly congratulates Loren Hudson, Senior Vice President and Chief Diversity Officer for Comcast Cable, on her new role as Director At Large for The WICT Network Global Board of Directors. Loren, a steadfast advocate for our WICT Philly Chapter and a graduate of the prestigious Betsy Magness Leadership Institute, exemplifies leadership, dedication, and a commitment to empowering women in media, entertainment, and technology.

The announcement of The WICT Network’s 2025 Global Board introduces a visionary group of industry leaders who will guide the organization’s mission. Loren joins alongside Toni Murphy, EVP and Chief Operating Officer of Astound Broadband, as new Directors At Large. Together, they will contribute their expertise to advancing WICT’s global initiatives, fostering transformational growth, and expanding support for women across the industry.
As Comcast Cable’s first Chief Diversity Officer, Loren has been instrumental in shaping a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) strategy that aligns with business goals while fostering an inclusive culture. Her career at Comcast spans more than 20 years, during which she has held increasingly influential roles, including Vice President of Human Resources for the Comcast Beltway Region. Her leadership in DE&I, talent development, and education has made her a trusted advisor and driver of change within the organization.
Loren’s impressive academic background includes a bachelor’s degree and a Master of Labor Relations from Rutgers University. She is a graduate of both The Wharton School’s Women’s Executive Leadership Program and WICT’s renowned Betsy Magness Leadership Institute. Her commitment to professional development and inclusion has also earned her membership in the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
